I've been away far too long from this blog, but I was on the road almost all of August, not to mention dealing with the serious illness of my significant other requiring a one week hospital stay for her in a city in Washington...all while on the road. But things are getting better now.
Now it's time for me to update!
In the time away, I've had two poems published at "One Sentence Poems," an online magazine where the subscription is free.
Shivering
Dust
I also made some more poetry sales, three haiku to The Southern California Haiku Anthology, and my poem "Adrift" to Dreams & Nightmares, making that my 4th poem sold there this year.
Speaking of Dreams & Nightmares, my poem "Fragments Overheard on a Space Station" was just published in the August issue #98. The publisher sells pdfs of each issue for $1 here .
My newest novel, Letters to an Android, is available as a paperback now, too.
As the summer winds down I'll have more time to devote to this blog. I have mini-interviews with other authors lined up, too. Should be fun so check back now and again.
Poem After Re-reading "The Martian Chronicles"
Rockets nudge the fields with distant summer
Ghosts waver blue as sand
in the dry Martian sea bottoms
